Klerky Updated | Multi-Branch Accounts & Smarter Supplier Matching
We’ve recently released a set of updates to Klerky focused on one key principle: readiness.
Whether you’re a property manager who may need short-notice cover, or an inventory clerk looking to be visible for new opportunities, these improvements make it easier to get properly set up now, so everything works smoothly when demand arises.
Below is a summary of what’s new, who it’s for, and why it matters.
Multiple Branches for Customers
Who’s it for?
Letting agents with multiple branches, BtR operators, and organisations operating across multiple sites or propcos.
What does it do?
Customers can now create and manage multiple branches within a single Klerky account, allowing the platform to better reflect real-world operating structures.
With multiple branches, you can:
Create individual branches under one customer account
Set invoicing details and addresses per branch
Connect preferred suppliers at branch level
Apply branch-specific SLAs and rate cards
Ensure suppliers clearly see which branch or entity they’re working with
This update brings Klerky closer to how property management teams already work and lays the groundwork for tighter alignment with property management systems in the future, including branch-level data separation.
For national and multi-site organisations, this also enables more accurate, localised pricing and supplier relationships.
Improved Coverage Areas for Inventory Clerks
Who’s it for?
Inventory clerks and inspection providers operating in specific towns, regions, or multiple coverage zones.
What does it do?
Inventory clerks (suppliers on Klerky) are now prompted to define their coverage areas using a map-based tool as part of onboarding, and existing suppliers will be prompted to confirm or update their coverage when they log in.
This allows Klerky to:
Understand exactly where suppliers operate
Match suppliers to customers more quickly and accurately
Reduce friction when urgent bookings are required
Clear coverage data helps ensure the right suppliers are surfaced at the right time, improving outcomes for both sides of the marketplace.
Why These Updates Matter
Klerky is designed to support preparedness rather than last-minute scrambling.
Property managers don’t need to have work right now to benefit, getting set up early means trusted cover is already in place when it’s suddenly needed.
Inventory clerks benefit from being fully onboarded and visible before demand spikes, rather than reacting late.
By improving account structure and supplier matching, these updates help ensure that when something urgent arises, connections can be made quickly, clearly, and with confidence.
What to Do Next
If you already have a Klerky account, we recommend:
Reviewing your account structure
Adding or confirming branch details (if applicable)
Completing supplier coverage areas
If you don’t yet have an account, now is a good time to get set up, even if you don’t have an immediate requirement.
Being ready ahead of time makes all the difference.
If you have any questions or need support getting set up, the Klerky team is always happy to help.
