There's no monthly subscription commitment required. Our modest fees are based on the number of bookings made each month. Only pay for what you use.

Yes. You can use any platform, or even your own template to submit reports to Klerky. It just needs to be in a PDF format when uploaded.

We create a handy 'share link' that allows you to submit to your customers, in order you can be their 'preferred supplier' to receive bookings at pre-agreed rates, upload completed reports, automate invoice raising, send messages linked to each booking and receive automated reviews.

Yes. We call them 'Rate Cards' and they allow you to set rates for properties based upon the number of bedrooms and furnished type. This helps to trigger automated invoices for your bookings.

You can have as many customers or suppliers as you like from a single Klerky account. The more the merrier!
