Additional Fees & Discounts

Klerky now lets you apply either discounts or fees to individual booking! This step forwards allows Inventory Clerks and Suppliers better reflect the real world situation of bookings.

Whether you want to give a discount to service a last minute cancellation, or charge an additional fee to cover travel costs if required, you can now do this directly from the booking.

Your customers can see the history of applied discounts and charges within the messenger to maintain the audit history of the booking. This is immediately reflected when creating invoices through Klerky too.

Additional Job Types for new service types!

If you provide EPC, Property Viewings, Snagging or other service types, we've added the ability for Property managers to request quotes on these other service types!

The full list of services a customer can now request a quote for, include:

• Inventories, Check-In, Interim, Check-Out & Commercial Inventories

• Right to Rent Checks

• Smoke/CO Compliance

• Damp & Mould Inspections

• Legionnaires report

• Firedoor Check

• Window Safety Check

• Void Property report

• Snagging Inspection

• Meter Readings

• Property Viewing

When Customers submit these quote requests, the supplier is at complete discretion as to whether they can/want to fulfil these.

We intend to create bespoke workflows for these and will do so based on usage.

We're working on:

• making the Request a Booking buttons more obvious for customers

• giving everyone greater customisation of the email notifications they receive
